Keeping in view the incredible export potential for processed foods, we have set up a manufacturing unit having an installed capacity of 5400 tons per annum at Dharampur, South Gujarat in the Western part of India.
- We have installed an automated line from Mather & Platt for washing,
de-podding, inspecting, metal winnowing, blanching and cooling fruits & vegetables. Their slicing and dicing is carried out on imported machines.
- In order to preserve freshness and enhance shelf life, the foods are processed using “Individually Quick Frozen”(IQF) technique. This technology has been imported from Eurotek Engineering Ltd., UK, and it involves fluidized belt type continuous freezing. It can process two tons of material per hour, and provides the flexibility of freezing at varying depths for different durations.
- Separate and ultra-hygienic wash rooms for workers.
- UV treated and softened water for plant generating zero bacteria water for use in washing and production.
- Installed metal detectors & Positive Pressure System, Slicing and Dicing are done on state-of-the-art imported machines.
- Cleaning-in-place system (C.I.P.)
- Online quality control testing during production: by conducting Chemical / Microbiological / Organoleptic tests at different intervals of time.
