Product Range

Franchisee Role & Responsibility

	To set up a Happinezz parlour franchisee will require a prominent location with at least 120 sq. ft. area with 12 feet frontage.
	The place should preferably be a food joint or it should be located at a food junction or in a posh locality. 3-4 different photographs taken from different angles should be sent to us before the finalisation of the deal.
	The franchisee will have to ensure sufficient electricity supply and man power at the parlour.
	The franchisee should ensure food safety systems, cleanliness and quality maintenance as per company standards.
	Franchisee will also arrange for the government licenses.
	Franchisee will follow standard MRP structure for scoops (10% + or -).
	The franchisee can implement promotional schemes only with prior approval of the company.
	The franchisee can change existing schemes and promotions only with the prior approval of the company.
	The franchisee will have to change schemes and promotions as per the company’s instructions.
	Rs. 2,75,000/- will be the franchisee fees against the machines and other equipments that the company will provide to the franchisee on purchase basis, wherein Rs. 50,000/- will be a refundable security deposit.
	The contract will be for six years; thereafter the company will charge a token amount as fees every year.
	The franchisee will have to stock and sell Vadilal brand of ice creams exclusively in the parlour.

	The company will provide the following on:
	(a)	Purchase basis:
	-	two glass door deep freezers
	-	One sundae machine
	-	One 10 slide scroller
	-	Happinezz logo (Neon/LED to be decided by the franchisee)
	-	Translites
	-	Cream dispenser
	-	Waffle cone making machine
	-	Menu board
	-	Cup and cone stand
	(b)	Optional purchase basis:
	-	Glass crockery
	-	Tie-ups with food chains
	-	Display counter
	-	Microwave oven
	-	In-house flex decoration
	The company will provide Happinezz cups, plastic spoons, coasters, paper napkins, plastic carry bags, T-shirts, caps, menu cards and five different sauces (chocolate, pineapple, strawberry, butter scotch and orange) on the basis of ice cream purchase as an additional support, free of cost.
	The company will also provide standards of interiors to be used by the franchisee and assist in the set up of the parlour.
	The company will provide recipes of Happinezz products to the franchisee.
	The company will provide uniforms for employees and offer training to them as and when required.
	The company will also ensure free maintenance of the machines.
	The company will also release an advertisement announcing the inauguration of the parlour.
	The company will also advertise new schemes and new product launches.
